Master thesis: Generalised Multivariate Partially Linear Measurement Error Models with Mixed-Type Responses and An Exploratory Extension to Imbalanced Measurements

This thesis explores the inference of generalized partially linear measurement error models, focusing on multivariate mixed-type responses. Our approach utilizes the Monte Carlo corrected score method to address measurement errors. Our numerical simulations compare our model with several current methods, showing that our approach provides stable and good performance. We also apply our method to the Framingham heart study data, presenting the estimation results. Finally, we propose extending this model for the unbalanced repeated measurements and exploratory discuss potential parameterized inference methods.
